No monthly load-board subscription is required for hauliers to browse and bid.
Shippers pay hauliers directly — LoadDock handles the marketplace workflow and bills its commission afterward.
How LoadDock Works for Shippers
1️⃣ Post a Load
Create a listing with pickup & delivery details, vehicle type, weight, and target price.
Posting is completely free — you only pay commission once the job is completed.
2️⃣ Receive Bids
Verified hauliers bid on your load in real time. If a bid comes in below your target price, it’s automatically accepted — otherwise, bids remain open for review.
3️⃣ Compare & Choose
Every haulier has a public feedback score and completed job history. You can compare bids based on:
- 💰 Price — find the most competitive offer
- ⭐ Feedback — choose the most trusted haulier
- ⏱ Timeframe — select who can move your load when you need it
Select the haulier that gives you the best balance of value and reliability.
4️⃣ Job Accepted
Once a haulier’s bid is accepted (auto or manual), both parties instantly gain access to:
- 📄 All assigned job documents
- 📝 A bespoke consignment note generated automatically
- 📍 Full pickup and delivery addresses with contact details
You can then arrange pickup, paperwork, and payment directly with the haulier. You pay the haulier outside of LoadDock.
5️⃣ Completion
The haulier marks the job as complete in LoadDock. This automatically logs it for commission billing on your account.
6️⃣ Weekly Commission Billing
LoadDock only charges our commission on completed loads. All loads completed between Monday and Sunday are grouped together and auto-billed the following Monday (shipper-only).

How LoadDock Works for Hauliers
1️⃣ Browse & Bid
Search open loads by region, vehicle type, or weight. Bid directly with your price — no haulier commission and no monthly load-board subscription required.
2️⃣ Auto-Accept
If your bid is under the shipper’s target price, it’s automatically accepted. As soon as that happens, both you and the shipper instantly gain access to:
- 📄 All assigned job documents
- 📝 A bespoke consignment note created for that job
- 📍 Full pickup and delivery addresses with contact details
This ensures you can get on the road without delay.
3️⃣ Complete the Job
Carry out the work as agreed with the shipper. When done, mark the job as Complete in LoadDock — this triggers the shipper’s commission billing. You are never charged; payment comes directly from the shipper.
